A seasoned engineer with over two decades of expertise, Mr. R Srinivasan leads Backsea Infra's construction with a pioneering focus on precast technology. His mastery of pre-manufactured concrete systems dramatically reduces build timelines, minimises waste, and delivers precision that traditional methods cannot match. Projects delivered ahead of schedule and under budget — consistently.
A distinguished engineer and strategist, Mr. Shetty brings decades of expertise in regulatory compliance and engineering liaison to Backsea's board. His ability to navigate complex approvals and coordinate multidisciplinary teams is invaluable at scale. A passionate global traveller, he infuses international design sensibility into every Backsea destination.
